- Practice rounds can be purchased at the main clubhouse
- Rounds are $8.50 per round

Event Date: Tuesday, October 15
- 8am - 9:15am Open Practice
- 9:30am: Opening ceremony
- 10am - 3pm: Championship
- 3:30pm (Approx.): Awards and closing ceremony
Championship fee: The Championship fee is $50 per student. The fee includes 100 targets and lunch. Each team will be invoiced by the MCAC upon the completion of championship registration.
Scoring: Scores and standings from the event will be available at claytargetleaderboard.com. It will also be displayed in the clubhouse on a TV monitor. ALL teams are responsible for scoring and providing Range Safety Officer(s) for their own team. All completed scoresheets are to be delivered to the event host upon the completion of each squad’s session. Each athlete will shoot 100 targets, 50 in session 1 and 50 in session 2.
Patches: 25, 50, 75, and 100 straight patches will be onsite and for sale through the USA Clay Target League.
Internet / IT Needs: There is no WiFi available at the clubhouse; it is highly recommended that individual colleges consider bringing a 'hot spot' or other internet accessibility device from your campus to help with IT needs at the event.
Photos: Each team is responsible for taking their own photos as this event will not include a professional photographer.
